Court Appointed Special Advocates (CASA) of Ocean County serves as a voice in the courtroom for abused and neglected foster children. By training everyday concerned volunteers, CASA fights to protect a child's right to be safe, to be treated with dignity and respect, and to learn and grow in the security of a loving family.
